• Contact requests: name, email, company, message and technical context needed to respond to the request and manage a possible pre-contractual relationship.
• Newsletter: email address and consent record to send commercial or informational communications about 13 Integra.
• AI Business Scan: conversation messages, diagnosis, language, email and consent when a visitor requests the PDF report.
• Internal report dashboard: AI Business Scan conversations, diagnosis and report status may be stored in Supabase for follow-up and internal management.
• Security and anti-spam: IP address, user agent, referer, timestamps and honeypot fields may be used to protect the website and forms.
• Language and administration cookies: technical or preference data needed for language preference and internal administration sessions.

• Internal administrator session cookie: 12 hours.
• Security and anti-spam metadata: for the time strictly needed to protect the website, generally no longer than 12 months.
